Returns
Once downloaded, selections can not be returned for refund or exchange. However, corruption of digital media can occasionally occur, rendering the selection (file) defective. It is the policy of BruceTunz.com to provide customers with a single (one [1]) attempt to download their selection. If the attempt fails or yeilds defective material, please contact us by phone or email and will "exchange" (replace) the selection (like for like) once validated.
